Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello’s Italian-style mansion originally hit the market almost a year ago with nearly a $20 million price tag. Now, the Beverly Hills home has resurfaced at a reduced price, just south of $18 million, according to Dirt. Vergara, best known for her 11-season run playing Gloria on the Emmy-darling TV series Modern Family, purchased the home in 2014—shortly before her marriage to actor Manganiello. While down from their prior ask, the current list price is still $7.4 million more than what Vergara paid for the dwelling nearly a decade ago.

The exterior lives up to the listing description, which details the premises as “refined and romantic,” with its creamy stucco and terra-cotta roofing.
